What each answer means
In service area
The ZIP code is one we service, or every ZIP code the town uses is.
Partly in, confirm the ZIP
Some of the town's ZIP codes are covered and some are not. Ask for the ZIP code or the street address of the pool and check that. Never turn a caller away on a partly in answer.
Outside service area
The ZIP code is not one we service, or none of the town's ZIP codes are.
